Job Summary
Sales Manager for MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) at AYANA Bali responsible for generating new business and closing deals through cold calling, on-site visits, and community networking; supports the director of sales and marketing in budget preparation and alignment with hotel sales goals; represents the hotel at industry tradeshows and conferences; requires Mandarin fluency (HSK3) and Indonesian citizenship; minimum 2 years' experience in a luxury resort sales role; strong communication and presentation skills with a proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close; Diploma in Hotel Management or related fields (Bachelor's preferred).
Required Qualifications
- Indonesian citizen
- Fluent in Mandarin with HSK3
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales in a large luxury resort
- Diploma in Hotel Management, Business Management, Public Relations, or other relevant fields; Bachelor's degree desirable
- Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
