Job Summary
Marshall aircraft during arrival and departure while loading and unloading baggage, cargo, wheelchairs, and child strollers. Operate ground support equipment including tow tractors, baggage tugs, and water/lavatory service trucks to deliver luggage to claim areas and cargo to recipients. Service aircraft water and lavatories, collect mail and live animals, and inspect ramp areas for debris. Report equipment malfunctions and comply with all security requirements. Full-time role at $22.90/hour with health, dental, and 401(k) benefits; requires valid driver's license and ability to work inclement weather and various shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Must be able to work in inclement weather
- Must be able to lift heavy objects that could reach 70 pounds (32 kilograms)
- Excellent Health & Safety awareness
- Must be able to work on various shifts (days, evening, nights, weekends, and holidays)
- Must comply with all federal, state, municipal, airport authority and carrier security requirements
Desired Qualifications
- Previous ramp experience a plus
