Job Summary
Regional Organizer for MI Poder to support field operations, voter engagement, relational organizing, volunteer recruitment, and turnout operations across Michigan. Works with the Michigan Latino Voter Project to build sustainable Latino civic and political power, with responsibilities including door-to-door canvassing, phonebanking, textbanking, community engagement, workshop facilitation, data tracking (VAN, EveryAction, ThruTalk/Text, Google Sheets), and collaboration with local organizations, schools, unions, and community institutions. Strong commitment to social justice, willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed, and bilingual English/Spanish preferred. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required. Positions located in Detroit, Grand Rapids, Flint, Saginaw, Pontiac, Kalamazoo, and Adrian, MI.
