Job Summary
Manage assigned homes by ensuring compliance with regulatory policies, maintaining facility cleanliness, and overseeing Direct Support Professionals through training, scheduling, and performance evaluations. Coordinate daily operations including incident reporting, corrective action plans, and random inspections while collaborating with clinical teams to support individuals' health, safety, and independent living skills. Handle census management, budget oversight, and payroll costs to meet revenue targets and maintain accurate financial records. Maintain open communication with direct supervisors, regulatory agencies, and referral sources to coordinate admissions and resolve personnel issues.
