Job Summary
Provide basic care to patients by assisting with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and feeding. Monitor vital signs and report any changes in condition to nursing staff while maintaining a clean and safe environment. Ensure reliable transportation and punctuality for flexible PRN shifts in Louisiana-based behavioral health settings. Maintain valid CNA or MHT certification and BLS-AHA credentials, with two years of behavioral health experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Valid CNA cert and/or MHT in the state of work
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Reliable transportation
- Punctuality
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certified Nursing Assistant certification
- 2 years experience in behavioral health
- BLS - AHA cert

- Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- CPI preferred
