Job Summary
Join the Marc Triage Center team as a Mental Health Technician III, providing critical support and supervision to clients during acute mental health crises. Responsibilities include delivering life-skills training, participating in treatment planning, supporting intake and discharge processes, and ensuring client safety through daily checks and assessments. Candidates must have a BA/BS in Behavioral Science or equivalent experience, be willing to obtain Agency Affiliated Counselor status, and hold current First Aid/CPR certifications. Successful applicants will exhibit strong organizational and communication skills, with a commitment to culturally inclusive practices.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS/BSW in Behavioral Science
- AA + 2 years’ experience
- Any 4-year combination of education and relevant experience
- Agency Affiliated Counselor status (or willing to apply upon hire)
- Current First Aid/CPR and Food Handler’s Permit (or within 90 days of hire)
- Valid WA Driver’s License and insurance (if applicable)
