Job Summary
Lead and support cross-functional projects that improve healthcare delivery, efficiency, and patient outcomes within correctional settings. Analyze operational, financial, and clinical performance data to identify improvement opportunities and develop presentations, reports, and recommendations for executive leadership. Participate in strategic planning activities, quality assurance, and accreditation efforts while collaborating with clinical and administrative leaders to implement best practices. Conduct research and benchmarking to evaluate healthcare programs and measure performance outcomes. Submit a resume, cover letter, and transcripts by October 15, 2026, with a state date of May 2027. Gain direct mentorship from healthcare executives and exposure to complex healthcare delivery systems while preparing for future leadership roles in healthcare administration.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Healthcare Administration (MHA), Health Administration
- Graduation within the previous 12 months or completion of degree requirements before fellowship start date
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Demonstrated leadership experience through academic, professional, military, or volunteer activities
Desired Qualifications
- Previous internship or work experience in healthcare
