Job Summary
Therapist provides individual, group, and family therapy for behavioral health and substance use disorder clients across office, community, and telehealth settings. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, performing diagnostic interviews, delivering psychotherapy, maintaining accurate documentation, and collaborating with clients, families, case managers, and referral sources to ensure comprehensive, recovery-oriented care. The role requires adherence to confidentiality standards and HIPAA regulations, participation in supervision, and reporting to the Operations Manager. Work locations include office, community settings, and telehealth services in Mount Vernon, Ohio.
Required Qualifications
- Must be licensed to practice in the state of Ohio.
- NPI number and Ohio Medicaid ID are preferred and required to start work.
- A master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field is required.
- Current licensure or provisional licensure in the state services are rendered.
