Job Summary
Therapist at Anew Behavioral Health provides psychotherapy to clients of all ages facing behavioral health issues and substance use disorders (SUD) in office, community, and telehealth settings. Responsibilities include conducting assessments and diagnostic interviews, developing individualized treatment plans, delivering individual, group, and family therapy, maintaining accurate documentation, collaborating with clients, families, case managers, and referral sources, and ensuring compliance with confidentiality standards and HIPAA regulations. The role requires supervision participation, and reports to the Operations Manager. Work locations include Fairfield, OH with services delivered in-office, in the community, and via telehealth.
Required Qualifications
- Must be licensed to practice in the state of Ohio
- NPI number and Ohio Medicaid ID preferred and required to start work
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field is required
- Bachelors may be accepted with additional licensure and experience
