Job Summary
Therapist at Anew Behavioral Health delivers psychotherapy to clients across office, community, and telehealth settings. The role requires applying advanced counseling skills to conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide individual, group, and family therapy for behavioral health and substance use disorder clients. Responsibilities include documenting services and outcomes, collaborating with clients, families, case managers, and referral sources, participating in supervision, and ensuring confidentiality per agency, federal, and state regulations. Requires Ohio licensure with master’s-level education in Counseling, Social Work, or related field; NPI and Ohio Medicaid ID preferred. Schedule is flexible; services provided in-office, community settings, and via telehealth. Background check required prior to hire.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed to practice in the state of Ohio
- NPI number and Ohio Medicaid ID preferred/required to start
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field; Bachelors may be accepted with additional licensure/experience
- Current licensure or provisional licensure in the state services are rendered
- Experience in clinical behavioral health and SUD counseling preferred
- Background check required prior to hire
