Job Summary
Provide a mix of outpatient, inpatient, and surgical orthopedic care while delivering general orthopedic services to patients in the Norway, Maine community. Collaborate within a team-based care model alongside orthopedic surgeons, advanced practice professionals, and non-operative sports medicine physicians. Manage cases involving joint replacements, fracture care, hand surgery, and sports medicine, with ongoing collaboration across the MaineHealth orthopedic surgery team. This BC/BE physician role offers an annual base salary of $559,893, including sign-on bonuses, relocation assistance, and CME reimbursement. MaineHealth serves as a not-for-profit integrated health system providing care to over 1.1 million residents.
Required Qualifications
- MD/DO from an accredited medical school
- Active and unrestricted State of Maine medical license, or ability to obtain prior to employment
- Board Certified/Board Eligible
