Job Summary
Execute store Hub order fulfillment, manage inventory control, and lead team members including Hub drivers and Inventory Specialists. Review Hub orders, pull parts, stage product, and finalize paperwork while coordinating with internal and third-party drivers. Engage with store and facility networks to determine part sourcing and logistics solutions, ensuring proper inventory mix and levels. Maintain Hub company standards, manage records, and communicate risks regarding order fulfillment or shipments to store leaders. Lead stocking activities from replenishment orders to ensure completion within 24 hours and assist with front room inventory functions.
Required Qualifications
- Good knowledge of store systems
- Basic parts knowledge
- Good interpersonal skills
- Prior experience leading other team members
- In-depth knowledge of the store inventory
- Ability to network with nearby stores, Hubs, pdq and external suppliers
- MVR certification
- Competence at oral and written communications
- Ability to handle basic math computations
- Prior retail experience
- Basic merchandising skills
- Inventory management skills
- Ability to drive forklift (if certified and applicable)
- Ability to use a hand truck and pallet jack
- Ability to meet and deal with the public in an unbiased manner
- Previous work records demonstrating stability and performance results
- Ability to come to work on short notice
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Ability to walk or stand predominantly
- Ability to talk and hear
- Ability to use hands and fingers to handle or feel
- Ability to reach with hands and arms
- Ability to climb or balance
