MH Operation Lead

Lead hub operations and oversee day-to-day HUB order fulfillment, inventory control, and related processes. Manage and delegate work for HUB team members (Hub/Loop Drivers and Hub Inventory Specialist), coordinate with store network and external suppliers, ensure inventory accuracy and timely fulfillment, and maintain Hub standards. Responsibilities include reviewing orders, staging products, handling paperwork, coordinating with drivers and store facilities, optimizing sourcing and logistics, and training/leading staff. Requires knowledge of store systems, basic parts knowledge, strong communication, and ability to supervise others; may require MVR certification and participation in training and store meetings. Prior retail/inventory experience, forklift operation ability (if certified), and willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends are essential.
