Job Summary
Hub Inventory Specialist responsible for Hub order fulfillment and inventory control across stores and hubs. Manage hub operations, review and stage orders, interact with drivers, coordinate with stores for part sourcing, and maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, pricing updates, and paperwork compliance. Requires knowledge of store systems, basic parts knowledge, safe operation of equipment (forklift/pallet jack), and strong communication. Role involves working with GM, DL, SSC support, and scheduling flexibility including nights and weekends. Emphasis on customer-facing service, safety, and adherence to policies.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Prior retail experience
- Able to drive forklift if certified
- Competent at oral and written communications
- Should have basic math computations
- Should have inventory management skills
- Store systems knowledge
- Ability to locate and stock parts
- Capacity to meet and deal with the public in an unbiased manner
- Scheduling flexibility including nights and weekends
- Experience with inventory systems and store equipment (forklift, pallet jack, hand truck)
- Ability to work accurately and safely in a retail environment
