MH Inventory Specialist

Job Summary
Hub Inventory Specialist responsible for Hub order fulfillment and inventory control, with knowledge of store systems and basic parts knowledge. The role requires networking with nearby stores, hubs, PDQ, and external suppliers to fulfill orders, reviewing Hub orders, pulling parts, staging products, and finalizing paperwork. It involves engaging the store-to-facility network to determine part sourcing and logistics options, working with store personnel for fulfillment, maintaining inventory accuracy through cycle counts and related tasks, and managing Hub records and paperwork. Requires experience in retail inventory management, ability to operate inventory systems and equipment (including forklift/pallet jack), and strong communication skills for interactions with drivers and store staff. Scheduling flexibility including nights and weekends is noted, along with the need to training attendance and store meetings.
Required Qualifications
- Education High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Must be competent at oral and written communications and handle basic math computations
- Prior retail experience, including basic merchandising and inventory management skills
- Able to drive forklift, if certified and applicable, and use a hand truck and pallet jack
- Scheduling factors necessitate that the individual should be able to come to work on short notice, and/or work flexible hours including nights and weekends
