Job Summary

Required Qualifications

• •High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• •Must be competent at oral and written communications
• •Ability to handle basic math computations
• •Prior retail experience
• •Basic merchandising skills
• •Inventory management skills
• •Ability to drive forklift, if certified and applicable
• •Ability to use a hand truck and pallet jack
• •Ability to meet and deal with the public in an unbiased manner
• •Previous work records demonstrating stability and performance results
• •Ability to come to work on short notice
• •Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
• •Ability to safely lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
• •Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds

• •Good knowledge of store systems
• •Basic parts knowledge

• •In-depth knowledge of the store inventory
• •Ability to network with nearby stores, Hubs, pdq and external suppliers
• •Ability to engage store to facility network to determine part sourcing and logistics solutions
• •Ability to work with ordering store for fulfillment options if unavailable in network
• •Work with GM, DL and SSC support for proper inventory mix and levels
• •Ability to cycle count inventory
• •Ability to manage outages
• •Ability to manage planograms
• •Ability to manage maxi changes
• •Ability to manage price changes
• •Ability to manage front & face
• •Ability to manage truck lead
• •Ability to manage and comply with all Hub records and all paperwork policies and procedures
• •Ability to manage overstocks
• •Ability to manage callbacks
• •Ability to manage resets
• •Ability to safely deliver parts to customers as needed
• •Ability to assist with Front Room Inventory functions
• •Ability to assist with cores and defects
• •Ability to assist with store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting, parking lot
• •Ability to locate and stock parts
• •Ability to meet company policy or procedure violations
