Job Summary
Review Hub orders, pull parts, stage product, and finalize paperwork to ensure timely order fulfillment. Engage with nearby stores, Hubs, and suppliers to determine part sourcing and logistics solutions when network inventory is unavailable. Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts, outages, and planogram changes while complying with all records and paperwork policies. Safely deliver parts to customers and assist with front room inventory, cores, defects, and store cleanliness. Operate inventory systems, forklifts, and pallet jacks while meeting flexible hours including nights and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Must be competent at oral and written communications
- Ability to handle basic math computations
- Prior retail experience
- Basic merchandising skills
- Inventory management skills
- Ability to drive forklift, if certified and applicable
- Ability to use a hand truck and pallet jack
- Ability to meet and deal with the public in an unbiased manner
- Previous work records demonstrating stability and performance results
- Ability to come to work on short notice
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Ability to safely lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds
