Job Summary
Lead end-to-end logistics execution across the West Warwick manufacturing facility, distribution warehouse, and vertically integrated supplier operations. Establish daily shipping and receiving priorities, manage carrier execution and transportation performance, and ensure finished goods are accurately picked, staged, and delivered. Drive inventory accuracy through disciplined cycle counts and root-cause corrective actions while partnering with Quality and Operations to address material discrepancies. Develop a safety-first culture across all sites, coach leadership teams, and build a pipeline of managers and supervisors. Own logistics performance against budget, optimizing freight costs and warehouse capacity to support business growth.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Logistics, Operations, or a related discipline preferred; equivalent logistics leadership experience will be considered
- 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in logistics, distribution, warehousing, manufacturing, or supply chain operations
- Strong understanding of shipping and receiving, warehouse operations, transportation management, inventory control, and material flow
- Strong understanding of transportation cost drivers, carrier management, freight optimization, and customer delivery performance
- Demonstrated ability to improve inventory accuracy and establish effective material-control processes

Desired Qualifications
- Experience leading operations across multiple departments or locations preferred
