Job Summary
Evaluate, design, and implement the organization's compensation, benefits, incentives, and wellness programs globally. Lead salary structure development, market analysis, and annual compensation planning while managing the Total Rewards team and HRIS systems. Ensure global compliance with legal regulations, oversee vendor contracts, and develop HR metrics to inform business strategy. Partner with senior leadership and Finance to align reward programs with organizational objectives and manage the departmental budget.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or any other related field
- 8 years equivalent work experience
- Experience designing and managing salary structures
- Experience managing short-term and long-term incentive programs
- Experience conducting competitive market analysis
- Experience forecasting trends
- Experience modeling costs and outcomes
- Experience managing large scale budgets in a project of substantial value within a business setting
- Strong total rewards consultation and partnership skills
- Ability to build solid relationships
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Familiarity with compensation compliance rules globally
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- High proficiency in PowerPoint
- Ability to gain, understand and apply information and data as it relates to HRIS systems
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
- Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment
