Job Summary
Mgr., Supply Chain Info Systems oversees data integrity analysts and reallocates tasks to ensure smooth daily workflows. Responsibilities include configuring and maintaining systems, conducting data loads and audits, running sample procedures in TEST for upgrades, investigating system capabilities to optimize applications and automation, developing data quality controls, gathering business requirements with IT/Finance/OR, leading data integrity analysts on supply chain data projects, managing workload and productivity improvements, analyzing internal processes for efficiency, conducting mid-year and annual staff reviews, providing analytics and reporting for supply chain data requests, reviewing budgets and variances with the Director, participating in strategic departmental plans, coordinating with Inventory Control, Purchasing, and Supply Chain Coordinators for system updates, overseeing data entry tasks, liaising with Finance for data accuracy, ensuring price and contract integrity, supporting data inquiries and ad hoc projects, training personnel on data integrity practices, and ensuring compliance through analytics.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5-10 years related experience required
- 3 years leadership experience required
- Ability to interact and communicate effectively across teams
- Ability to adhere to deadlines and being comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Utilize problem solving techniques for data analysis, with attention to detail
- Strong experience implementing and supporting applications within a hospital setting/healthcare required
- Exquisite communication, time management, follow up and organizational skills are essential
