Analyze sales performance against forecasts to evaluate accuracy, identify gaps, and improve planning assumptions through the S&OP process. Develop and maintain supply plans aligned with demand forecasts and inventory targets to ensure product availability while minimizing risks. Manage purchasing, production, and inbound logistics schedules to ensure timely replenishment and uninterrupted supply. Monitor inventory levels and health across the supply chain, optimizing turnover and stock availability. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and external partners to balance demand and supply requirements. Drive continuous improvement of processes and systems to enhance operational efficiency and working capital management. Maintain accurate inventory records and supply chain master data within ERP/WMS systems.
