Job Summary
Leads strategic program initiatives for the organization by applying project management, change management, and process-improvement capabilities; interfaces directly with the executive team to drive program strategy and achieve objectives; leads multidisciplinary teams to meet goals; ensures alignment with integration and cross-functional redesign efforts, and facilitates design sessions with key stakeholders across functions. Requires strong communication, organization, facilitation, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, plus proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio) and the ability to travel across facilities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5 years of experience in accounting, finance, supply chain, business administration, healthcare administration, project management or related.

- Must be able to travel throughout and between facilities.
