Job Summary
Lead and motivate Pest Technician Teams at a Terminix branch to deliver outstanding residential pest-control service. Responsibilities include monitoring branch scheduling and route completion, ensuring regulatory compliance and safety standards, responding to customer concerns, inspecting technician performance, managing inventory of pest-control products, and facilitating ongoing training for local sales and service teams. Requires an associate’s degree (bachelor’s preferred), valid driver’s license, and the ability to lead, train, and develop staff while maintaining high customer satisfaction in an outdoor, field-based environment.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s degree required; four-year degree highly desirable
- Valid driver's license from state of residence
- 1-2 years of related experience helpful but not required
- Willingness to relocate highly desirable
- Ability to lead and motivate others
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Problem solving and practical solution development
- Ability to build rapport with customers and employees
- Attention to safety and regulatory compliance
- Basic/intermediate math aptitude for sales and service calculations
- Comfortable working outside and in confined spaces (crawl spaces, attics)
