Job Summary
Monitor branch scheduling and ensure pest tech routes are successfully completed while ensuring regulatory compliance and safety standards are met. Respond to customer concerns, including resolving cancellation requests, and inspect and evaluate the performance of Pest Technicians. Maintain inventory levels of pest control products and facilitate continual training of local sales and service teams. Lead and motivate local Pest Technician Teams to provide outstanding service delivery across residential neighborhoods. This role requires a valid driver's license, strong communications skills, and the ability to work outside and in confined spaces.
Required Qualifications
- An associate's degree
- Must possess a valid driver's license from state of residence
- You are able to effectively lead and motivate others
- You have strong communications skills
- You are good at problem solving and coming up with practical solutions
- You are able to build rapport easily and establish trust with customers and employees
- You are detailed oriented and understand the importance of safety
- You have a good aptitude for basic/intermediate math
- You should be comfortable working outside and in confined spaces like crawl spaces and attics when necessary
