Job Summary
Develop, maintain, and support local and company Crisis Management programs through training, drills, threat monitoring, and engagement with law enforcement and first responders. Design and implement security programs across U.S. manufacturing, distribution, retail, and office locations, covering physical security, food defense, workplace violence mitigation, investigations, and security integration with operations. Manage physical security infrastructure including CCTV, access control, alarms, perimeter protection, site assessments, budgets, and contractor quality assurance. Support Global Supply Chain Security Program standards, supplier reviews, compliance audits, and supply chain risk reduction efforts. Manage travel risk, major event security planning, visitor protection, and security vendor relationships. Participate in sensitive investigations involving employees, assets, facilities, products, and brand reputation while ensuring appropriate escalation and policy alignment. Requires a Bachelor's degree, five years of investigative experience, and ability to travel as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university
- Minimum 5 years of investigative experience
- 8+ years of experience with a major law enforcement, intelligence, military, or corporate security organization
- Ability to travel as needed to support business, security, and operational priorities
Desired Qualifications
- 4+ years of security management experience with a large, multinational company
- Experience in corporate investigations, physical security, food defense, executive or associate protection, risk analysis, compliance, crisis management, emergency response, and threat monitoring
- Strong program development, budget management, project management, stakeholder management, and cross-functional influence skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with leaders, hourly teams, vendors, law enforcement, and external partners
- Experience with security compliance programs such as C-TPAT, OEA, Food Defense, SQF, FM Global, NFPA, FEMA, or similar standards
