Mgr-Security & Safety

Oversees security and loss prevention operations at a Marriott property in Makkah. Manages daily security functions, trains staff on emergency procedures, conducts hazard and risk assessments (OSHA/Safety audits), develops shut-down and incident-response procedures, ensures compliance with laws and safety regulations, monitors security systems (CCTV, alarms, duress), handles investigations and guest/employee safety, and collaborates with local law enforcement to protect people and assets. Focuses on delivering high-quality guest and employee experiences while managing the security department and achieving operating goals.
