Job Summary
Security Manager for Hyve Solutions Singapore leading and managing site security operations. Oversee physical security, access control systems, visitor control, incident management, customer security compliance, and third-party vendors. Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, standards, and emergency response plans; conduct investigations; ensure compliance with company policies and customer/regulatory requirements. Lead security audits with cross-functional teams, coordinate with manufacturers, IT, HR, EHS, facilities, and regional/global security teams; manage CCTV, access control, intruder alarms, and visitor management systems; oversee vendor and guard services, budgeting, and cost-effective improvements. Promote security awareness, provide leadership and coaching to security personnel and vendors, and support site expansion and readiness while maintaining confidentiality and strong stakeholder management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
- Experience: minimum 5 years of security management experience in manufacturing, electronics, semiconductor, or data center environments
- Experience managing third-party security vendors or contracted guard services
- Experience supporting customer audits and security compliance programs
- Experience in fast-paced manufacturing or startup/build-up environments (highly preferred)
- Professional certifications such as CPP, CSMP, PSP, or equivalent are an advantage
