Job Summary
Mgr-Sales I is responsible for proactively soliciting and handling sales opportunities, ensuring proper turnover for service delivery, and assisting in leading day-to-day sales activities focused on building long-term, value-based customer relationships to achieve sales objectives. The role involves collaborating with off-property sales channels, developing relationships to expand the customer base, managing sales activities (proposals, contracts, customer correspondence), identifying new business to meet revenue goals, understanding market trends, and delivering exceptional customer service to grow share of the account. Required Qualifications
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major
- 3 years experience in the sales and marketing or related professional area
