Job Summary

Mgr-Sales I is accountable for proactively soliciting and handling sales opportunities, leading day-to-day sales activities, and building long-term, value-based customer relationships to achieve sales objectives. Responsibilities include coordinating with off-property sales channels, developing relationships with customers for future bookings through activities such as sales calls, entertainment, FAM trips, and trade shows, generating proposals and contracts, ensuring proper turnover to Event Management, and leveraging market insights to maximize revenue. Must drive customer service excellence, grow share of the account, and understand location-specific target customers and service expectations to offer effective solutions. Required Qualifications

  • 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 3 years experience in the sales and marketing or related professional area.
  • 4-year bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 1 year experience in the sales and marketing or related professional area.
