Job Summary
Proactively solicit and handle sales opportunities while ensuring business turnover is timely for proper service delivery. Collaborate with off-property channels to coordinate complementary efforts and build relationships with existing and new customers through calls, FAM trips, and trade shows. Execute operational aspects of booked business, including generating proposals, writing contracts, and managing internal and external stakeholder relationships. Identify new business to achieve revenue goals, analyze market trends and competitor strengths, and close the best opportunities based on location needs. Provide accurate turnover to Event Management and deliver exceptional customer service to drive loyalty and grow account share.
Required Qualifications
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major
- 3 years experience in the sales and marketing or related professional area
- 4-year bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major
- 1 year experience in the sales and marketing or related professional area
