Job Summary
Oversees day-to-day restaurant operations and partners with hotel leadership to position the outlet, drive revenue, and ensure guest satisfaction. Leads menu planning collaboration, maintains sanitation standards, assists servers/hosts during peak periods, mentors staff, and drives training initiatives. Manages marketing/public relations activities, local community engagement, supplier negotiations, inventory, and adherence to liquor, safety, and regulatory policies to deliver consistent service quality and financial performance.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; 4 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area.
- OR
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 2 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area.
