Job Summary
Design program evaluation strategies and maintain dynamic dashboards to track performance, outcomes, and impact across public health and quality improvement initiatives. Develop automated data frameworks using REDCap, PowerBI, and other tools to integrate multiple data sources, ensuring high-quality datasets for evaluation. Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to generate actionable insights that inform implementation strategies and drive decision-making for grant-funded efforts. Translate complex findings into clear reports, presentations, and visualizations for diverse internal and external audiences. Provide technical assistance to staff and stakeholders on interpreting performance data and refining strategies. Collaborate with advisory groups to complete grant deliverables and contribute to internal and external reporting. Prepare abstracts and manuscripts for national conferences and publications.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in public health, social science, health science or related discipline
- Equivalent combination of relevant education and work experience including some coursework or professional training/certification in program evaluation, measurement, and/or quantitative/qualitative analysis
- Master's degree in related discipline
- At least two years' related experience in program evaluation
- Public health or social science research experience
- Public health program coordination, management, or implementation experience
- Quality improvement experience
- Health education experience
- Experience with quantitative/qualitative analysis
- Experience with database management
- Experience with data visualization
- Experience with developing or facilitating surveys
- Experience with conducting program evaluation across a variety of public health programs
- Strong technical acumen in quantitative analysis tools (e.g., SPSS)
- Strong technical acumen in qualitative analysis tools (e.g., Atlas.ti)
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., PowerBI)
- Ability to learn and apply new technologies including the use of AI
- Experience with survey platforms (e.g., REDCap)
- Experience with document collaboration platforms (e.g., SharePoint)
- Experience with virtual meeting platforms (e.g., Zoom, Teams, WebEx)
