Job Summary
Project leadership for OCBC Property Services across the full project lifecycle from inception to handover. Responsibilities include managing scope, interdependencies, process, risks, milestones and deadlines; coordinating business needs and constraints with stakeholders; preparing for and obtaining internal approvals; managing design brief and user requirements across disciplines; overseeing procurement, tendering, contracting and contractor/supplier coordination; monitoring construction progress against master schedule, testing and commissioning, and handover to facilities management; budgeting, forecasting and cost control; ensuring compliance with design codes, authorities’ requirements and SOPs; chairing project meetings, facilitating decision-making, and reporting progress. Requirements include at least 5 years of relevant project management experience in building additions & alterations or commercial fitout projects, with educational qualifications in project management, construction management, architecture, engineering, quantity surveying or related building disciplines; proficiency with project management software and MS Office; AutoCAD is advantageous.
