Mgr Project Controls

Lead safety culture, manage key subcontractors for on-time delivery, and control project costs through monthly pricing updates and timely invoicing. Monitor project schedules, prepare cost and progress reports, and lead weekly client and subcontractor meetings. Manage all change orders, review risks and opportunities, and maintain client satisfaction. Ensure all Master Document Register documents are submitted and approved on time. Coordinate work activities, set team priorities, and resolve operational problems impacting project effectiveness.
