Job Summary
Manager, Program, will develop, implement, and administer specific programs; supervises clerical staff and subordinate professionals; interviews, hires, and trains employees; plans and directs work; coordinates program requirements, policies, and procedures; liaises with other departments; coordinates budget and fiscal responsibilities; develops hiring/training programs and manuals; provides written reports and data analyses; serves on boards and advisory committees for various agencies and organizations (including the Florida Department of Education); travel to multiple district locations.
Required Qualifications
- Three (3) years of increasingly responsible experience in social service or education program development, implementation, or evaluation required.
