Job Summary
Senior General Engineering professional responsible for end-to-end program delivery from concept to launch and post-launch stabilization, leading cross-functional teams across software, controls, hardware, quality, operations, and sourcing. Partners with regional sites in Asia (China, Japan, Thailand) and global product/platform owners to ensure alignment on scope, milestones, and commitments. Establishes governance, provides concise data-driven reporting to COE leadership, and mentors less senior engineers. Drives continuous improvement with Agile/Hybrid methodologies and champions platform reuse, in-house capability development, and software-defined product transformation. Interfaces with external partners and suppliers (e.g., ODMs, software vendors, test partners) to ensure contractual quality and timelines. Requires advanced knowledge and a university degree, with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, and a track record of leading complex programs and cross-functional teams.
Required Qualifications

- Experience with Agile/Hybrid program management approaches

- Proven ability to manage external partners and suppliers (e.g., ODMs, software vendors, test partners)
- Strong governance, reporting, and data-driven communication skills
- Ability to drive risk management, issue resolution, and escalation with quantified recommendations
