Job Summary
Negotiate and administer multiple subcontract types, including Firm Fixed Price and Cost Reimbursement, while evaluating, identifying, and selecting suppliers that meet Raytheon requirements. Serve as the focal point for communication between internal and supplier cross-functional organizations to drive business success across Advanced Product Solutions programs. Develop business partner relationships, generate Long Term Price Agreements, and work closely with Program Office and Engineering to define procurement strategies and develop Statements of Work. Maintain active and transferable U.S. government security clearance and report directly to the Acquisitions Senior Manager.
Required Qualifications
- Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance
- U.S. citizenship
- Bachelor's degree
- 8 years prior relevant experience
- Advance Degree in a related field
- 5 years experience (if holding an Advance Degree)
- Experience with reading and understanding drawing specifications
- Experience working within SAP software application
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with supplier management
- Experience in leading formal negotiations (price, schedule, and supplier exceptions to contractual flow downs)
- NCMA Certification
- Experience FAR and DFAR regulations
- Experience making presentations (verbal and/or written) to key stakeholders
- Experience leading executive and program level supplier reviews
