Job Summary
Lead, motivate, and develop the Process Engineering team while driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and quality. Develop and maintain production processes, job instructions, and facility planning documentation to support operational excellence. Build effective communication with line staff to monitor progress and present data-driven recommendations to senior management. Oversee interviewing, hiring, training, performance management, and conflict resolution for exempt-level associates. Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize new accessory launches for high-volume manufacturing. Requires a bachelor's degree in Engineering, 5-7 years of operations experience, and Six Sigma Green Belt certification. Includes 25% domestic travel.
Required Qualifications
- Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire and must not require employer sponsorship now or in the future
- Bachelor's Degree Requires a bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited four-year college or university or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 5-7 years of operations experience
- DL NUMBER - Driver License, Valid and in State Upon Hire Required
- 25% Minimal travel is required for this position (up to 25% of the time and on a domestic basis)
Desired Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience supervising exempt level associates (strongly preferred)
- Six Sigma Green Belt Certification Upon Hire Preferred
