Mgr Physical Security Bank Sec Officer

Oversee Bank Security Officers and subordinate departments by managing hiring, training, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions. Implement and administer the Bank Security Program, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations while preparing quarterly evaluation reports for the Director, Bank Protection. Serve as the regional contact for security matters, coordinating with management on risk mitigation, loss control measures, and investigative practices. Monitor branch security activities, maintain surveillance systems, and lead fire drills and evacuation procedures. Directly handle incidents involving robberies, bomb threats, or safety disruptions, acting as a liaison with law enforcement and legal representatives. Assist Information Security with incident response and manage Business Continuity Plans.
