Job Summary
Manages the direction, coordination, and analysis of pharmacy services to improve quality, safety, and financial performance. Leads a diverse pharmacy team, develops and maintains pharmacy information systems, updates policies and procedures, and provides consultation on drug therapy and pharmacology. Drives continuous improvement and collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to implement programs, ensuring timely responses to service requests and regulatory compliance. Demonstrates leadership in staff development, establishes work standards, and supports patient care through expertise in pharmacology and medication-use processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited College of Pharmacy
- 5 years of relevant experience
- 3 years of relevant leadership experience or post graduate residency training (PGY2)
