Job Summary
Supervise daily restaurant operations, manage all day-to-day activities, and assist servers and hosts during peak meal periods. Maintain service and sanitation standards across restaurants, bars, and room service areas while reviewing staffing levels to meet guest service and financial objectives. Lead the food and beverage team by coaching, mentoring, and ensuring compliance with food handling, liquor laws, and all applicable regulations. Handle guest problems and complaints, analyze results to solve issues, and oversee financial aspects including purchasing and invoice payments.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 4 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major
- 2 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area
