Job Summary
Oversee the TJX Digital Fraud Prevention and Investigation Program, defining strategy to mitigate financial exposure across e-commerce transactions, payments, and shipping. Lead analytics initiatives to identify and reduce fraud-related losses, including chargebacks and account takeovers, while managing a $750,000 payroll budget and vendor relationships for fraud prevention solutions. Direct external investigations based on lead generation, maintaining evidence standards and performing root cause analysis to implement preventative system controls. Coordinate cross-functional efforts with Loss Prevention, IT, and Cyber teams to enhance detection capabilities and provide regular updates to senior leadership on fraud trends. Manage a team of exempt and nonexempt members, providing training, coaching, and development to strengthen performance and capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in criminal justice, Business, or equivalent work experience
- Five years progressive management experience in Retail, preferably off-price, with experience in people management, operations, loss prevention, or investigations
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- High knowledge of loss prevention system and technologies
- High knowledge of computer programs such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
