Job Summary
The Manager, Motili Sales leads a team of National Account Managers to deliver sales plans, margin targets, and new business growth for building materials and related services. Responsibilities include setting the vision and strategic plans, communicating monthly/quarterly/annual goals, providing market intelligence and pipeline updates to senior leadership, engaging with C-level end-user clients, coordinating with sales specialists and service resources, and ensuring alignment with company objectives. The role requires proven sales leadership, strategic planning, and the ability to drive revenue growth across mid-size and large customers, with strong collaboration across segments and a track record of multi-year contracts. Travel up to 60% to support clients, trade shows, and related events. Education/Certification: Bachelor's Degree; HVAC certification preferred. Reports to the Director, National Accounts. Pay range: $110,000.00 to $138,000.00. Qualified applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
