Mgr-Laundry

Direct and supervise daily laundry operations, managing wash, dry, and iron processes for guest rooms and F&B departments while ensuring strict adherence to safety codes and standard procedures. Monitor production workflows to minimize peaks and valleys, order cleaning supplies and uniforms within budget, and coordinate with Engineering on equipment maintenance. Lead and develop the team through performance appraisals, progressive discipline, and open-door feedback sessions, while scheduling staff to meet operational demands. Drive financial performance by managing department budgets, operating statements, and controllable expenses to exceed goals.
