Manage and lead teams to achieve organizational goals while acting as a technology product delivery leader aligned with strategic imperatives and enterprise architecture. Recruit, develop, and retain IT specialists; mentor staff to improve capabilities; and build relationships with all IT units to ensure end-user productivity goals are met. Prepare cost analysis, budget plans, and proposals; monitor technical resource capacity; and provide oversight to resolve escalated IT issues. Partner with stakeholders to translate needs into functional and technical requirements, ensuring product teams deliver effective third-level support for mission-critical systems. Provide analysis of systems and workflows to ensure positive patient outcomes and cost-effective delivery.
