Job Summary
Lead global network services delivery, modernizing WAN/SD-WAN backbones and refreshing LAN/WLAN standards across all regions. Coordinate cross-region execution for strategic upgrades, ensuring alignment with security, compliance, and enterprise objectives. Manage end-to-end project lifecycles from design through handover, establishing governance baselines and driving continuous improvement to reduce incident rates and optimize costs. Collaborate with service owners, regional IT leaders, and external MSPs to deliver solutions that meet global standards. Ensure operational readiness through rigorous testing, documentation, and knowledge transfer. This role supports Olympus' mission to advance medical technologies by securing and modernizing the infrastructure enabling patient care globally.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT related fields (or equivalent industry experience)
- 5+ years in IT Provider Management, Service Delivery Management in a company that receives outsourced IT services using an offshore managed service provider delivery model, or in a similar role at a global matrixed organization similar in size as Olympus
- An strong understanding of IT Governance, including how to implements governance models and obtain benefits from the governance model
- Demonstrated Knowledge of ITIL processes and/or industry best practice
- Broad technical knowledge of IT Infrastructure products/services
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding and experience in Outsourced commercial and contract management
- Ability to rapidly learn new technologies
- Good understanding of AI an automation
- Available to travel
- Valid Passport
- English spoken (advance level)
Desired Qualifications
- Valid VISA
- Experience working with Japanese companies that have a global presence would be advantageous
- Experience working in a regulated industry would be advantageous
- ITIL V4 or ITIL V5 Foundations Certification
