Job Summary
Lead and manage the engineering team that designs and supports Instrumentation & Monitoring Systems and Products used in nuclear operating plants; hybrid in New Stanton, PA. Oversee a 15+ person engineering group, ensure quality, safety, reliability, and timeliness of engineering processes; develop resources and lead people development, training plans, and merit/promotion evaluations; drive innovative customer-focused solutions, identify unmet customer needs, and manage end-to-end product development projects from offer phase to execution; collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives, optimize resource usage, and ensure financial performance aligned with the company’s profitability goals. Strong emphasis on leadership, communication, and multi-disciplinary collaboration; knowledge of I&C systems and related technologies is preferred; MBA is a plus but not required. Base salary range is $130,400 to $163,000 per year.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering or related field
- Minimum 10 years of leadership with instrumentation & control experience
