Mgr, Inside Sales

Lead and develop a high-performing inside sales and customer service team responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and supporting revenue growth. Drive operational excellence across order management, sales support, and customer engagement processes while partnering cross-functionally with sales, operations, and finance teams. Set direction and implement process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and efficiency. Oversee order processing, collaborate with warehouse/shipping/billing/finance to ensure seamless fulfillment, and leverage CRM and ERP systems (Salesforce, SAP) to manage workflows, maintain data integrity, and support business operations. Establish metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the order-to-cash and customer service processes using Lean tools to eliminate waste and improve flow.
