Job Summary
Monitor all server/system infrastructure in a 7X24x365 environment, troubleshooting Windows and Linux systems and maintaining mission-critical hardware and software. Lead a team responsible for overseeing infrastructure services, security systems, and operational procedures while evaluating staff performance and scheduling tasks. Participate in on-call assignments for after-hours emergencies and strategize long-term updates to cybersecurity measures and computer systems. Investigate new business technologies, assess software solutions, and implement innovative tools aligned with organizational goals. Act as a key liaison for internal business partners to ensure timely delivery of IT services.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration field or related
- Equivalent years of experience (one year of professional experience for each year of college requested)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in supporting systems as an administrator, analyst, engineer or related role
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisor/managerial experience
- Experience with cloud-based services
- AWS experience (preferred but listed under required cloud services context with specific preference)
