Job Summary
Oversee warehouse operations including routing/dispatching, receiving, forklift operations, truck driving, and inventory; develop supervisors and team leaders to oversee daily routines; enforce safety policies and ensure safe transport and storage of products; research, recommend, and implement equipment and processes to improve efficiency; monitor quality measures and reporting; coordinate scheduling with drivers and dispatchers; work with accounting on invoices and billing; collaborate with Safety Director to enhance safety practices; manage staffing and budgeting to meet peak demand; ensure accessibility and safety for branch staff and visitors.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Industrial Management, or related field preferred.
- Four or more years of experience as warehouse team leader or supervisor required.
- General fluency in English required, verbal and written.
- Intermediate computer literacy required, preferred knowledge of MS Office.
