Job Summary
The Warehouse Manager plans, organizes, and monitors receiving, storage, and distribution of all products, oversees inventory rotation and material handling, coordinates scheduling and routes with drivers, ensures safety policy compliance, drives efficiency and customer satisfaction, manages paperwork and data entry, and provides leadership and performance management for the warehouse team; forklift operation is required as needed, with responsibilities including coordinating with accounting on invoicing and billing, maintaining safety procedures, and reporting performance metrics to management.
Required Qualifications
- Two or more-year(s) experience as Warehouse Manager
- High School diploma required
- Some college coursework a plus
- Basic knowledge of Transportation and Dispatch preferred
- General fluency in English required, verbal and written
- Bilingual in Spanish a plus
- Basic computer literacy required, prefer knowledge of MS Office
